Privacy policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

In short

  • Our games and this website don’t collect personal data.
  • No account, no ads and no tracking.
  • If you email us, we only use your email to reply.

Who we are

Tapvaro is a trade name of Drost IT Consulting, Citadel 22, 4194 CT Meteren, the Netherlands, Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 99749262. Send privacy questions to [email protected].

Our games

  • You don’t need an account. We don’t ask for your name, email address or any other data.
  • There are no ads, no tracking and no analytics in our games.
  • What you enter in a game, such as team names and the game history, stays on your phone. It isn’t sent to us or anyone else. Delete the game and it’s gone from your phone. Only a backup of your phone with Apple or Google can bring it back.
  • Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play. We don’t receive your name or payment details; Apple’s or Google’s privacy policy applies to the payment.
  • Apple and Google send us general figures, such as the number of downloads, and crash reports if you chose to share them in your phone’s settings. We can’t identify you from these.
  • If you share a result, it goes through your phone’s share sheet to the app you pick. We don’t see it.

This website

  • No analytics, no ads and no embedded third-party services. Even the fonts are served from our own server.
  • The site is hosted by DigitalOcean (data centre in Amsterdam) and delivered through Cloudflare. They may briefly keep technical data for security, such as your IP address. We don’t use it.
  • For this, Cloudflare sets one technical cookie (__cf_bm) that recognises bots. It expires after 30 minutes and doesn’t track you, so we don’t ask for consent.
  • DigitalOcean and Cloudflare are US companies. If data goes to the US, it’s covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

If you email us

We only use your email address and message to reply to you. We may do this because you asked us for an answer (legitimate interest). We keep the email until your question is resolved and delete it no later than one year after our last contact.

Your rights

You can ask which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected]. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your own country.

Changes

If anything changes, we’ll update this page and put the new date at the top.
