How to play

Make teams
Two to four teams, each with its own name and colour.

Pass the phone
The team whose turn it is picks someone to describe. The rest of the team guesses.

Describe five words
Tap Got it! or Skip. You have 30, 45 or 60 seconds.

Count the points
Every word guessed is a point. Tapped the wrong one? Fix it after the turn.
Words written for every language
Every language has its own list, written in that language rather than translated. The screens follow your phone’s language; you pick the language of the words yourself.

Does everyone need the app?
No. One phone with the app is enough; it goes round.
How many players?
4 to 12, split into 2 to 4 teams. Each team needs someone to describe and someone to guess.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The words are in the app. You only need internet to make a purchase.
Which phone do I need?
An iPhone with iOS 17 or later (iPhone XR, XS or SE 2nd generation and later), or an Android phone with Android 8 or later.
Can children play?
With older children, yes. Whoever describes needs to read the word quickly, and the words are made for adults and mixed groups. The odd word is about going out or drinks, which is why the App Store rates it 13+.
